It all begins with the right mindset. That’s why incorporating Epigenetics into our daily routines has been truly transformational in how we feel day to day. In my immediate family, we’ve battled cancer, auto-immune issues, diabetes, and artery disease just to name a few.
Gene mutations are to blame for a good majority, so knowing your personal code is paramount. And trust me, you don’t need to be a scientist to figure it out. Whether good or bad, knowing what triggers your symptoms is essential in controlling the negative and enhancing the positive.
And it doesn’t just affect you, what you pass to your children and grandchildren is interesting.
For instance, I am a carrier for gluten intollerance, our children received copies from my husband and I . They’ve all struggled with variety of symptoms, from skin eruptions to siezures – yes, I said seizures – which after much testing was attributed by main stream medical as “anxiety”… um.. WRONG!
I can help you navigate through the headwaters of frustration, I’ve been there and done that – so allow me to lend you a hand. I teach a practical approach to the task of applying the epigentic overrides so it’s a smoother transition for you and your loved ones.
